We received class credit for this as part of Student Agency. This project stretched each team member to the best of their abilities and was a satisfying experience working on the difficult location at a power plant. In the leadership role I was able to get the best out of each member of the team and gained experience making sure a production with a lot of moving parts finished on schedule.
